Comfortable, carpeted area with formal or easy chairs and folding tables as required, may be used for meetings or social occasions. Holds 30 to 40 people depending upon furniture organisation. Hire charge includes the use of the adjacent kitchen and all equipment.

Upstairs Hall

Pine floored area with formal chairs and folding tables as required, may be used for meetings or social occasions. Holds 50 to 70 people depending upon furniture organisation. Hire charge includes the use of the adjacent kitchen and all equipment.

Hire charges are:

ITEM	FEE for 2011
Lounge	£20 per hour and includes the kitchen and equipment.
Hall	£25 per hour and includes the kitchen and equipment.
Long Lettings	By Arrangement.
Baptisms	£75 plus, if the service includes music, £25 (payable to the Organist). A separate fee is payable to the minister.
Weddings	£270, includes £45 for Organist and £30 for Steward. Flowers provided by arrangement at extra cost. A separate fee is payable to the minister.
Funerals	£180, includes £45 for Organist and £30 for Steward A separate fee is payable to the minister.
