Musical Service followed Lunch on Sunday 8th May 2011
On Sunday 8th May a congregation of over a hundred enjoyed a Music Service which was followed by a lunch. During the service the children of the Junior Church sang. The Church Choir sang an arrangement of Handel's Largo and The Gaelic Blessing. Soloist Kate Thatcher sang a piece from Bach's Mass in A and Cellist Richard Boardman played Albinoni's Adagio. There were also a number of rousing and popular hymns giving the congregation the opportunity to add their voices to the service.
